Susie Nicholson RGN, Cert ed.

Susie qualified as an RGN in 1987 and worked for many years as Senior Staff Nurse and Night Sister/Team Leader in various nursing environments including rehabilitation, medical and oncology wards.

She has utilised her Teaching and Training in Clinical Practice Course (ENB 998, gained in 1992) in the supervision, development, assessing and facilitation of both qualified and unqualified nursing staff, and she has been a trained Moving and Handling Trainer since 1994.

Susie has much experience in the care industry, initially as a nurse and then in managerial roles within care companies and agencies. She started Chatsworth Training Services in 2001.

Susie believes that training should be relevant, rewarding to the individual as well as the organisation and fun. 

Outside of Chatsworth Training, Susie can be found volunteering for her local youth organisation, enjoying friendships and collecting garden gnomes!
