Sue Mattingley has worked in management training and development for over 20 years in a variety of industries. She works effectively with those in front line operations and up to & including board level. Her background is in the commercial sector and she has successfully transferred this experience to the care industry during recent years. Sue delivers many of the management & leadership programmes and enjoys tailoring courses to suit specific client requirements. She enjoys developing others and does so using the approach that learning should be fun – and her style of delivery reflects this.
