4 hours (minimum): Aim: Know the role of the supervisor/manager in creating and maintaining a high performing team. By the end of this workshop you will have greater confidence in:
- Recognising the stages of team development and know how to move teams towards greater success;
- Establishing roles and responsibilities to promote effective team working;
- Recognising strengths and delegating accordingly;
- Selecting appropriate methods to motivate individuals within the team;
- Instigating effective planning to facilitate team achievement of goals.
