Effective Team Leading

4 hours (minimum): Aim: Know the role of the supervisor/manager in creating and maintaining a high performing team.  By the end of this workshop you will have greater confidence in:

  • Recognising the stages of team development and know how to move teams towards greater success;
  • Establishing roles and responsibilities to promote effective team working;
  • Recognising strengths and delegating accordingly;
  • Selecting appropriate methods to motivate individuals within the team;
  • Instigating effective planning to facilitate team achievement of goals.
